ORDERING & CONFIRMATION

To order items, follow our simple ordering process. We comply with Danish legislation on sales of goods.

HOW TO ORDER:

• Select the desired item, choose your size, and click "Add to cart."

• When finished, click "Proceed to checkout."

• Enter your personal details and payment information, and accept our terms and conditions to complete your order.

• Check that your details and order summary are correct before confirming the purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details.

CONTRACT

The agreement between you and Wuth Copenhagen is effective once you have received your goods.

The invoice acts as your valid receipt for the purchase and will be sent with the confirmation email.

PRICES

All prices on the website are listed in euros (€) and include VAT and taxes.

We reserve the right for any price errors, typing mistakes, and sold-out items. Prices can change without prior notice.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Your payment is secured via encrypted SSL connection, ensuring 100% safety. Payment details are encrypted and never stored after transaction completion.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, or same day if ordered before 11 am. You will receive an email with tracking. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

Free shipping in Europe for purchases over €130. Packages shipped with GLS.

Free shipping outside Europe for purchases over €650. For smaller orders, shipping costs vary by country.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes cannot be used on gift cards or combined with other offers.

SALES

Two main sales per year, usually in January and June.

Sales cannot be combined with other offers, including 10% membership discount.

No price difference refunds if an item you bought later goes on sale, but returns are accepted.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available in €65, €130, and €195. For higher amounts, contact info@wuthcopenhagen.com. Gift cards are sent by email.

CONDITIONS:
▪️ Valid for 2 years from purchase date.
▪️ Cannot be exchanged for cash.
▪️ Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
▪️ Cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

GIFT WRAPPING

Free gift wrapping available. Specify if multiple items should be wrapped together or separately at checkout.
