Refund policy
RETURNING PRODUCTS
We offer free returns on all orders over 133 euro within Denmark and the EU. We do not offer free returns outside the EU. For orders under 133 euro, the return cost is 7 euro, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
To return an item, please use our GLS return portal, where you can choose between a printable return label or a QR code that can be scanned directly at a GLS parcel shop.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
You are welcome to try the item as if you were in a physical store. However, you must not use the item or just try it out for a day if you intend to return it.
OUR RETURN CONDITIONS:
▪️ The item must be returned within 14 days. This period starts the day you receive your order.
▪️ The item must be returned unused and undamaged.
▪️ The item must be returned in its original packaging and with labels attached.
▪️ You must send the items together with a completed return form.
When we receive your item, we will inspect it and assess its condition. If the item does not comply with our conditions, this may result in a partial or no refund.
HOW TO RETURN
▪️ Go to our GLS return portal: WUTH RETURN PORTAL
▪️ Enter your information and choose either a printable return label or a QR code to scan at a GLS parcel shop
▪️ Pack your return item(s) securely and attach the return label to the package (if you chose to print)
▪️ Drop off the package at the nearest GLS parcel shop
▪️ Remember to ask for a receipt with the package number — this is your insurance if the package gets lost.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received in perfect condition, unused, with all labels and the original receipt, you will receive an email confirming your refund. You can expect the money to be returned to your account within 6–9 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
COMPLAINTS
Our goal is for all products to be delivered in good condition, and we hope you are always satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. If possible, we will arrange to send you a replacement or refund the defective item.
